An autumn day with a slight breeze that makes me feel light after the heat wave! The Hyosung Sharing Volunteer Group Sungmin Sharing Team met the Sungmin kids after about a month since September 12. I was looking forward to this day as I will be able to spend more time with the children by visiting KidZania. KidZania is a career-experience theme park in which children can experience various occupations of the real world and act as grown-ups. There are over 90 types of occupations they can experience. As we entered the venue to exciting music and splendid performance, the children grew excited and grinned with delight. This made me feel great as well.
▲ It has been over a month since the Sungmin Sharing Team met with the children of the Sungmin Disabled Children’s Nursery Home, and they enjoyed experiencing various jobs when they met on this day.

The children and I
experienced the jobs of a cook making doughnuts, a department store manager, a
firefighter and many others, enjoying various experiences such as making
hamburgers, snacks and even credit cards. Some experiences did not allow the
company of a guardian, which made me a little nervous and concerned. The
children must have sensed my anxiety and rather tried to be more delightful and
brave in participating in the experiences, which made me feel grateful. I could
discover so many changes in the children’s expressions and behaviors as we
enjoyed various experiences, and I grew attached to these children in the short
amount of time. I hope these children will be always cheerful and healthy.

I would like to thank the Sungmin Sharing Team and the Sungmin kids, and I hope the Hyosung Sharing Volunteer Group continue to provide opportunities for many people to enjoy pleasant encounters. In addition, I hope I maintain my original intention and do not forget this gratitude and appreciation.
